Cambridge Inn Motor Lodge at 100 Cambridge Avenue, Coalinga, California.

The worst place I've ever stayed at by far. The place is in need of a major renovation and a deep cleaning. The bedding, carpet and even the throw pillow on the bed was dirty. The room also had an awful stench and noisy neighbors. I found someone else's socks under the table in the room, and a dead fly fell from atop the bathroom door, yuck!! The lady at the front desk was odd and not very friendly. The paper that i singed upon checking in said check out is at noon, the front lady told me 11am, I told her the paper said noon. She replied with, the paper you signed is old, the check out time has changed. She said I could check out at 11:30am instead.....thanks, I guess??...... She also took it upon herself to come knock on the door and wake me up at 10am to ask if i would be checking out by 11am. Really lady, wth? I didn't ask for a wake-up call. With only two cars in the lot you'd think they'd remember or at least write a note to self/and or staff, and not bother the guest. Needless to say, I won't be returning to the Cambridge inn.
